Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. As a Staff Accountant at Rhombus Group LLC, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of accounting and tax-related tasks, from bookkeeping and client accounting services to tax return preparation and assistance with audit examination. We are committed to your professional growth and will provide training to help you excel in this role. This position is available as both part-time and full-time, with the option of a hybrid work schedule to suit your preferences.

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining accurate financial records for clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

- Provide accounting support and guidance to clients, helping them make informed financial decisions.

- Assisting in the preparation of tax returns for individuals and businesses, both domestically and internationally.

- Participate in tax planning and compliance efforts.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

- Provide exceptional client service and build strong client relationships.

- Continuously learn and develop expertise in accounting and taxation.

- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the firm.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree (or working on a degree) in accounting.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- An interest in pursuing a career in accounting and a willingness to learn all aspects of the field, from bookkeeping to complex tax return preparation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
